  Can’t fault this company in any way! Such a professional service from start to finish, Dan came over and priced the job which was exceptional for the work they carried out. He was so helpful and professional. He the sent his team over for 3 days and these guys were honestly amazing Lead by Stu who was so organised and helpful throughout the 3 days, arriving on time, each one of the guys in the team were hard working, extremely polite and professional. We had a fantastic experience from start to finish and would highly recommend this company. They arrived on time every day, were polite, courteous and incredibly respectful of our home. Communication throughout the work was excellent, and they always checked with us if there was anything they were unsure about rather than just making assumptions.

They also left the site/garden immaculate.

Dan attended quickly to assess the work and followed up within the day with an affordable quote and date for the diary which were all perfect for my budget and restricted time scale.  On the day of the work, Stu, Evan, William and Josh really impressed me, they are a credit to the company and the trade. They arrived on time, were friendly, knowledgeable and professional.  They confirmed the work to be completed, explained how it would be done, ensured I was happy with the progress, advised me about after care and left the site tidy.   Amazing work from start to finish. A major branch of our tree fell into the garden, and the team handled everything quickly and professionally.   Qualitree completed two days of work during the heatwave for a crown reduction on our cherry tree , tree removal , and crowning/trimming and cutting back border trees and bushes. From initial contact to response , property visit followed by quote and arriving at the property on time on the agreed dates, Qualitree were courteous, professional and reliable providing a competitive quote for the works and not deviating from the agreed price . On completion the work was checked for approval and satisfaction, advice given on mulching for a struggling cherry tree along with other useful information to help maintain the shrubs. All waste was removed  after a big cleanup. I would not hesitate to use Qualitree again and highly recommend them.

  I don't usually post reviews but want to share my thoughts about Dan and his team, who completed a job for me yesterday.
My whole experience with Qualitree has been extremely positive. Dan visited within 48 hours of my original contact,  assessed the job and provided a reasonable quote, which I was happy to accept.
On the day of the job, the team turned up on time, intrdouced themselves and explained what they'd be doing. It was clear from the explanation that they were passionate about their work, which included the use of hand tools to crown reduce a mature pear tree, which I felt was really impressive.
Suffice to say, the end result was excellent!
